Does the website describe the corruption that goes on at the Board level? The same people keep getting elected again and again. Unnecessary repairs are carried out and the contractors provide free work/services for the Board members. Elevators are replaced even when they have a 15 year life. The list is quite long (according to people who live there).
The poor residents are floating a petition denouncing the Board. Let's see what happens.
The board is voted in and frequently changes every year, In fact I am on the board myself for the first time. Owners have the opportunity to vote in or out the entire board every year so on that point you are wrong. The current elevators have been serviced over the years but are originals and the board is looking at what the options are in renovation the elevators. A prudent decision on any elevator system that is 19 years old but so far not a penny has been spent nor would be on a project this large without the vote of the unit owners.
This current board has saved the building a lot of money and has kept this building as one of the top buildings in the area.
Do you have any more lies that you would like to spread? I think I have dispelled whatever nonsense you have written here. If you dont have facts to back up your crap keep it to writing on bathroom walls.
