Is it impossible to find an apartment/condo that comes with two parking spaces? Of course, I know I will have to pay extra for the parking. Thanks

Won't be easy unless your previous owner has already reserved 2 spots. Or often people just get on the waiting list as soon as possible. It's not terrible if you can wait a little.
